Meeting Minutes
Monday, December 15, 2014
Location: Timothy Smith Room
Present: John Knight, Selectman, Fred Guidi, Finance Committee, Sheila Vanderhoef, Town Administrator
Also Attending: Neil Andres, DPW Superintendent, Jacqueline Beebe, Assistant Town Administrator
The meeting was called to order at 9:10 AM.
The web site for the water project is progressing slowly as folks in the IT have been out sick. The town budget is also taking a lot of time from folk's schedules.
Ms. Vanderhoef listed a number of water related meetings scheduled over the next month:
• January 6th - CPC meeting at the EPG trailer will feature an update from Bruce Adams on the progress to date of Weston & Sampson.
• January gth- meeting at the Zoning Board of Appeals on the water tank.
• January 13th- Cape Cod Commission meeting in Eastham on the DRI for water.
• January 20th- Board of Selectmen meeting will feature the monthly update from EPG.
• January 22nd- Meeting with DEP.
• February 5th- DRI water discussion at the Cape Cod Commission office.
The responses to the ENF have been delivered to DEP.
There was a short discussion of the Orleans interconnect. The town has delivered a response to the Orleans BOSon their questions regarding the interconnect.
Mr. Knight moved the meeting minutes for December 1, 2014. Mr. Guidi seconded. The minutes passed 3-0.
The Committee agreed that the next meeting will be held on January 6, 2015 at 9:15 in the EPG trailer at the DPW The meeting adjourned at 10:20 AM.
